Return Policy for Pandora follows the same guidelines as our store return policy:

~Purchases must be returned within 30 days for full refund or exchange.

~The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or customer's name who purchased the item.

~The item must be unused and unworn.  

~We are unable to return Pandora that was not purchased at Blocher Jewelers!
