Return Policy
Our ultimate goal is a happy customer! Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be returned for a cash refund within 14 days from the original purchase date. Beyond 14 days we are happy to exchange the item or offer store credit. The item must be accompanied by the original sales slip (or gift receipt), it must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeout items, special orders, completed layaways, and modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable. After 90 days, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
All online orders of the Slate & Tell line will ship directly to consumer from Slate & Tell at no extra cost. There will be a $25 fee for overnight shipping.
Layaways
Blocher Jewelers offers a 90 day interest free layaway, with a minimum deposit of 33%, provided you make 2 additional monthly payments of at least one-third of the original balance. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the remaining balance to be issued as store credit.
Special Orders
We regret that special orders are not returnable. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the customer's request. Custom work is treated as a special order.
Returned Checks
Returned checks will be assessed with a $25.00 service fee.
Cleaning and Inspection
We clean and inspect your jewelry at no charge. We recommend you do this every 3 months but please feel free to have your jewelry cleaned as often as you would like!
