Return Policy
Our ultimate goal is a happy customer! Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be returned for a cash refund within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
Beyond 14 days, we are happy to exchange the item or offer store credit.
The item must be accompanied by the original sales slip (or gift receipt). The piece must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and in the original box with all warranty cards and explaination booklets intact.
Closeout items, special orders, completed layaways, and modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable.
After 90 days, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
